How Our Custom Ring Process Works

1. Concept

Begin your custom jewellery journey by completing our Ring Builder. Share your design ideas, inspiration images, stone preferences, metal choice, ring size, and budget.

Once submitted, one of our consultants will review your design and prepare your quotation. You will then have the option to discuss and approve your design through either an in-person consultation at our office or a virtual consultation, ensuring every detail is refined and tailored to your vision before production begins.

2. Production

After CAD approval, your ring moves into production. This process takes approximately 2 weeks. During this time, we will send you weekly progress updates every Monday so you can stay informed throughout the process.

3. Final Delivery

Once your ring has been completed, it will undergo a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for secure, fully insured delivery. We will notify you as soon as your piece is ready to begin its journey to you.
