Custom orders typically take 3–7 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.

A deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery or collection. We offer two ways to pay:

• Full payment upfront — receive a 10% discount off your quoted amount.
• Split payment — a holding deposit to begin production, with the balance due on completion.

We'll confirm the exact structure with you when your quote is finalised.

You can book a Custom Consultation, Ring Sizing, or In-Person Purchase appointment, in-person or virtually. We're available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (closed Sundays and South African public holidays). Our studio is at 11 Boundary Rd, Oakdene, Johannesburg.

Solid 9K, 14K, and 18K gold — in white, yellow, or rose — as well as platinum. Sterling silver is not available for custom orders, though some ready-made designs are offered in sterling silver plated.

Ready-to-ship items, like our 'Aurora' ring set, are delivered within 2–3 days. Custom pieces require additional production time before dispatch.

Yes — we can arrange for your ring to be appraised before delivery. Appraisals are an additional cost and typically focus on metal quality and gemstone authenticity.
