How Our Custom Ring Process Works
1. Concept
Design your dream ring using our Ring Builder, or share a design you already have in mind. Our Ring Builder provides a preview CAD and on-hand mock-up of your ring, allowing you to visualise your design before proceeding.
Once submitted, we’ll review your requirements and prepare your quotation. Refine the final details through an in-person or virtual consultation, with complimentary refreshments available during in-person consultations.
2. Production
Once payment has been received, we’ll begin preparing your ring for production. Your detailed workshop CAD will be created and sent to you for review within 2 working weeks.
You’ll have the opportunity to request any adjustments to the CAD. Once the final design is approved by you, your ring moves into production.
3. Final Delivery
Receive Monday morning updates as your ring progresses. Once complete, your ring undergoes a final quality inspection before complimentary, fully insured delivery or collection at our Johannesburg office.
For collection, we’ll notify you when your ring is ready so you can book a convenient 10-minute slot through our Reserve Your Appointment page.
